隱私權政策
tickPad 沒有帳號、沒有雲端伺服器。你的便簽、待辦與圖片只存在你自己的裝置上；手機與電腦之間的同步，是在同一個區域網路內點對點直接傳輸，不會經過我們或任何第三方的伺服器。
我們收集哪些資料
便簽內容（不收集）
你寫下的便簽、待辦、分類、到期時間與插入的圖片，全部儲存在裝置本機的資料庫中。我們無法讀取這些內容，也不會將它們傳送到任何伺服器。
當機與錯誤診斷（會收集）
App 發生當機或未預期的錯誤時，會透過 Sentry（Functional Software, Inc.）回報一份診斷資料，用來修正問題。內容包含：裝置型號、作業系統版本、App 版本與語言、錯誤發生的程式堆疊與時間。不包含你的便簽內容、圖片、姓名、電子郵件或精確位置。
相片與檔案（不收集）
只有在你主動點選「插入圖片」或使用系統分享功能時，App 才會讀取你所選的那些檔案。圖片會複製一份到 App 自己的儲存空間，僅用於顯示在便簽中，不會被上傳。
廣告（免費版會收集）
免費版手機 App 在便簽列表最下方顯示一則由 Google AdMob（Google LLC）放送的橫幅廣告；這是 App 內唯一的廣告版位，編輯便簽時不會出現。我們把所有廣告請求設定為非個人化廣告，不會依你的興趣投放，也不會要求 iOS 的追蹤許可。放送與計算曝光時，Google 的廣告 SDK 會讀取裝置的廣告識別碼、IP 位址與一般裝置資訊，這些資料由 Google 依其隱私權政策處理；你可以在系統設定中重設或停用廣告識別碼。購買 tickPad Pro 後，App 不再發出任何廣告請求。
購買紀錄（不由我們收集）
tickPad Pro 是透過 Google Play 或 App Store 完成的一次性內購。付款與收據由商店處理，我們不會取得你的付款資料；App 只在本機記住「已購買」這個狀態。
區域網路（不收集）
手機版會用 mDNS 在同一個 Wi‑Fi 下尋找你自己的電腦端 tickPad。這只用於建立配對，掃描結果不會離開你的裝置。配對必須由你在電腦端按下「允許」才會成立。iOS 會為此顯示「本機網路」權限詢問；不同意也可以正常單機使用 App。
我們不做的事
- 不販賣、不出租、不交換你的任何資料。
- 除了上述免費版的一則非個人化廣告之外，沒有其他廣告、不做跨 App 或跨網站的行為追蹤，也不使用你的便簽內容投放廣告。
- 不建立使用者帳號，也不蒐集聯絡人、通話紀錄、簡訊或位置資訊。
資料保存與刪除
- 裝置上的資料：解除安裝 App 即會一併刪除。你也可以在 App 內刪除個別便簽（會先進垃圾桶，30 天後自動清除）。
- 備份檔：你自行匯出的備份檔存放在你選擇的位置，由你自己保管與刪除。
- 當機診斷資料：保存於 Sentry 最多 90 天後自動刪除。你也可以來信要求我們提前刪除與你裝置相關的紀錄。
兒童
tickPad 不以未滿 13 歲的兒童為對象，也不會刻意蒐集他們的個人資料。
政策變更
本政策若有修改，我們會更新此頁面最上方的「最後更新」日期；重大變更會在 App 更新說明中一併告知。

Privacy Policy
tickPad has no accounts and no cloud servers. Your notes, to-dos and images live only on your own devices. Syncing between your phone and your computer happens peer-to-peer over your local network — it never passes through our servers or anyone else's.
What we collect
Note content — not collected
Everything you write — notes, to-dos, categories, due dates and inserted images — is stored in a database on your device. We cannot read it and it is never sent to any server.
Crash and error diagnostics — collected
When the app crashes or hits an unexpected error, a diagnostic report is sent through Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) so the problem can be fixed. It contains the device model, OS version, app version and language, plus the stack trace and timestamp of the error. It does not contain your notes, images, name, email address or precise location.
Photos and files — not collected
The app reads a file only when you actively pick it, via "insert image" or the system share sheet. The image is copied into the app's own storage so it can be shown in your note. It is never uploaded.
Advertising — collected in the free tier
The free mobile app shows one banner ad served by Google AdMob (Google LLC) at the bottom of the notes list; it is the only ad placement in the app and never appears while you edit a note. Every ad request is flagged as non-personalized: ads are not targeted to your interests and the app does not ask for iOS tracking permission. To serve and count ads, Google's SDK reads the device advertising identifier, IP address and general device information, which Google processes under its own privacy policy; you can reset or disable the advertising identifier in your system settings. After buying tickPad Pro the app makes no ad requests at all.
Purchases — not collected by us
tickPad Pro is a one-time in-app purchase completed through Google Play or the App Store. Payment and receipts are handled by the store; we never receive your payment details. The app only remembers the "purchased" flag locally.
Local network — not collected
The mobile app uses mDNS to look for your own tickPad desktop app on the same Wi‑Fi. This is used only to set up pairing, and the results never leave your device. Pairing only completes after you approve it on the computer. iOS asks for Local Network permission for this; declining still leaves the app fully usable on its own.
What we never do
- We do not sell, rent or trade any of your data.
- Apart from the single non-personalized banner in the free tier, there are no ads, no cross-app or cross-site tracking, and your notes are never used to target advertising.
- No user accounts, and no collection of contacts, call logs, messages or location.
Retention and deletion
- On-device data: removed when you uninstall the app. Individual notes can be deleted in-app (they go to Trash and are purged after 30 days).
- Backup files: exports you create are stored wherever you chose to put them, and are yours to keep or delete.
- Crash diagnostics: deleted automatically by Sentry after at most 90 days. You may also email us to have records from your device deleted sooner.
Children
tickPad is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal data.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page is revised; material changes are also noted in the app's release notes.
